Appointment & Cancellation Policies

I accept that I forfeit my booking fee if;   Cancellations/Re-scheduling are done under 24 hrs' notice or end of day Saturday for all Tuesday appointments or after the end of the business day before a public Holiday or 15 minutes late to my appointment.


  • No-shows will be charged 50% of their services booked.


  • All cancellations must be done through our salon phone (0466 616 937).


  • Social media and email will not be accepted as a form of cancellation.


  • If it is less than 24 hours' notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.


We understand emergencies happen, so please notify us asap, and we will do our best to accommodate you.


You can reschedule your appointment anytime through your email received upon booking if its before the 24 hours and your booking fee will be transferred automatically.


If you cancel your appointment online through the email link, your booking fee will be credited towards your next appointment.


By making a booking through our booking system, you agree to these terms and our cancellation policy.

WARRANTY FOR NEW HAIR


PLEASE NOTE IF A WARRANTY BUNDLE IS NOT PURCHASED AT YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT, THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENTS. WE ALL PREFER PEACE OF MIND. PURCHASING OUR 60-DAY EXTENSION GUARANTEE WILL GIVE YOU THIS. SHOULD ANY ISSUES ARISE WITHIN THE INITIAL 60 DAYS OF HAVING YOUR EXTENSIONS APPLIED, REACH OUT TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE'LL ASSESS AND ADDRESS CONCERNS IN SALON.


IF HAIR HAS BEEN DONE AT ANOTHER SALON OR ANY OUTSIDE PRODUCTS USED, UNFORTUNATELY, WITHOUT A DIRECT PURCHASE AND SERVICE FROM US, REPLACEMENTS AND GUARANTEES CANNOT BE PROVIDED. YOUR SATISFACTION MATTERS – CONTACT US FOR WARRANTY-RELATED ENQUIRIES.


*WARRANTY BUNDLE INCLUDES SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER/TREATMENT AND HEAT PROTECTER BOUGHT IN SALON SUGGESTED BY YOUR STYLIST.


PLEASE NOTE THAT MINOR WEAR AND TEAR OCCUR BEYOND THIS PERIOD, IMPACTING THE EXTENSION LIFESPAN. IF YOU'VE PURCHASED OUR WARRANTY PACK DURING YOUR EXTENSION SERVICE, YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR REPLACEMENTS.
